Integrated dust removal and denitrification is a technology that combines the functions of dust removal and denitrification catalysis. The denitrification catalyst is loaded onto the dust removal filter material in the form of a finished product or precursor, and dust removal and denitrification are carried out in a coordinated manner.

01 Introduction of "D&D" filter media

"D&D" là vật liệu lọc loại bỏ bụi và khử nitơ tích hợp hiệu quả cao được phát triển bởi Yuanchen Technology. The "D&D" filter material developed by Yuanchen Technology can be used for integrated dust removal and denitrification treatment in industries such as waste incineration, steel, cement, and power. It has been tested in two projects and operates well, with particulate matter and nitrogen oxide emissions meeting standards and being stable.

02 Structure of "D&D" filter media

According to on-site working conditions and customer needs, Yuanchen Technology provides customized services for "D&D" filter materials, which have various specifications and structural forms (single-layer dust removal and denitrification catalytic structure, film-covered dust removal and denitrification catalytic structure, and double-layer/multi-layer dust removal and denitrification catalytic structure).

03 Hiệu suất của phương tiện lọc "D&D"

1) Hiệu suất thông thường

Hiệu suất thông thường (độ bền kéo, độ thoáng khí, độ dày, v.v.) của vật liệu lọc "D&D" của Yuanchen Technology phù hợp với hiệu suất của vật liệu lọc thông thường.

2) Hiệu suất lọc
Hiệu quả lọc vật chất dạng hạt (PM2.5) của vật liệu lọc "D&D" của Yuanchen Technology lên tới 99,9%. Chất xúc tác được gắn vào bề mặt sợi lọc ở dạng bột, giúp giảm hiệu quả độ xốp của vật liệu lọc và tạo thành "lớp tiền bột", mang lại hiệu quả lọc cao hơn so với vật liệu lọc thông thường.

3) Hoạt tính xúc tác khử nitrat

Hoạt tính xúc tác khử nitrat được đánh giá dựa trên tỷ lệ chuyển hóa NO và được thử nghiệm trên bệ phản ứng cố định với mô phỏng khí lò thực tế (NO, O2), khí khử (NH3) và khí cân bằng (Ar). Hiệu suất xúc tác khử nitrat của vật liệu lọc "D&D" của Yuanchen Technology rất tuyệt vời, với dải nhiệt độ hoạt động rộng (140 ~ 240℃) và hoạt động khử nitrat cao nhất có thể đạt 96% (180℃).
